My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

In 2022 I raised money for testicular cancer awareness, 10 years on from having been diagnosed with it myself.

This year I'm stepping up my game and turning my attention towards mental health and suicide prevention. Not only will I be growing the MO, I will also be running 60KM over the course of the month. This is for the 60 men who take their lives every hour, across the world.

This year the subject of mental health has become more apparent than ever for me, as I had a close friend who attempted to take his own life. I won't say much more about this at this point, as it's not my story to tell, but I am so happy that this person is still with us and part of my life. Each and everyday I see him working on his mental health and it's been yet another lesson for me, to connect with friends and family, to be there for people and of course, check in on yourself.

This year is also different yet again, as I will not be going at this alone. Twelve of us at Robiquity have banded together to create Ro(Mo)biquity, and raise funds for the cause. If you can donate, please give whatever you can and together we can help change the face of men's health.
