My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Over the past year everyone has gone through a challenging time, it is more important than ever that we talk about our mental health and that includes men!
I have many important men in my life and I am doing my MOVEmber challenge for them.
This year in particular I want to push myself harder, my boss and friend is currently fighting the fight against cancer and to show my support I am going to be running/cycling/walking 60km a week to match many of my MOVEmber comrades who are tackling 60km in the month, 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world.
I am part of Team Telstra EMA, together as a company we are all coming together to support each other, we tragically lost a colleague to suicide, it has affected us all. Follow our Movember journey and help spread awareness that Men's Health is important.
