My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

A man a minute succumbs to suicide. A man every single minute. Creating a world where it's safe for men to talk about how they are feeling rather than struggling with their demons in silence is my motivation. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030. Chris and I are each moving 150km this Movember to raise funds and awareness. Let’s do this!!
