Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to reduce the number of deaths from prostate cancer, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. I’m taking on Movember and climbing Mount Snowdon — because if I’m going to suffer through wind, rain, and a tragic attempt at facial hair, it might as well be for something that truly matters. Too many men stay silent about things like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health — and silence doesn’t save lives. So, while my moustache might spark a few laughs (and maybe a few concerned stares), it’s also starting conversations that matter. This fuzzy little billboard on my face is a reminder to check in, speak up, and take care — because men’s health isn’t a joke, even if my moustache kind of is.
