Men's health
Prostate cancer

Because nothing says “I care about men’s health” like freezing your moustache off on the side of a Welsh mountain in November. I’m climbing Mount Snowdon armed with nothing but thermal underwear, questionable life choices, and a glorious upper-lip caterpillar—all in aid of prostate cancer awareness and men’s health. It’s Movember meets mountaineering: one man, one ‘stache, and one summit that didn’t ask for any of this. If frostbite doesn’t get me, the wind trying to rip my moustache off surely will. But hey, if it gets people talking about check-ups and mental health, then my frozen face is a small price to pay.
