My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am fundraising for Movember again this year as part of Mace's Mo Bros (Walk&Talk4Men) for a couple of reasons. Firstly because my dad had and has been 17 years this year all clear from prostate cancer. Secondly because I want to raise awareness of men's mental health and the importance of this and to help ensure that no more men feel they can't reach out to anyone and to stop them becoming another statistic. The more we keep talking, the more conversation between us all and ultimately action will change and the stigma will end.

Art and crafts and being creative are one thing that have really helped me with my mental health in recent years. So I have set myself the challenge of doing a mini piece of art on a fresh magnetic canvas each day of Movember - 30 days - which I will also upload to here and on my Instagram each day. All of these mini canvases will form part of a bigger piece which will be revealed at the end of the month. All donations and support welcomed!
