My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I grow to save a bro. I grow to provide space for men to talk, ask questions, be honest, see a doctor & be supported. I grow to encourage men to play with their own balls in the shower. I grow to educate men that it doesn't require a digit up the YEP to diagnose Prostate cancer. I grow to educate men that some people get a digit up the YEP for fun.. apparently. I grow for awareness. I grow for change. I grow for the Bros.

Stigma, the stiff upper lip, the phrase 'man up', oppressive banter, the bravado, machismo, societal expectations - ENOUGH!. The time is up on these. Men's health has long been something to keep quiet or shrouded in mystery, particularly mental health, and this has lead to heartbreaking statistics of suicide rates and cancer diagnoses. Together we can change this and the Movember community is giving it a hell of a good go!

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
