My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

It's no secret that we all have our own battles and issues that we deal with behind the scenes. I've come to terms with a lot of how I feel and my own issues I've had and still have in my life.
I'm fortunate to have a great support network and have spent a lot of my life with someone who's had their own battles and that has taught me so much about how to recognise the signs and to speak out about my emotions.

Suicidal thoughts, low moods, overthinking and self harm are just some of the ways that people can feel, mental health is different for everyone, and we all need to be part of breaking the stigma and talking about our issues and feelings without fear.

So this November, something to focus on and something to make myself look even more ridiculous yet again!

60k of running is the aim, but hopefully will breach that and push ahead. And adding 60 reps of different exercise at the end of each day too.

it's gonna be a clean shaved start this year so don't expect some monstrous tache at the end

I'll be adding more details as the month goes, if you can give then please do, but if you fancy a run/walk to support it then drop me a message.
