Sadly, we lose 60 men to suicide every hour. To raise awareness and donations I shall be doing a workout everyday of November.

The month is over, thank you for all your hard work raising funds and awareness for men’s health. We’re so proud of the 100,000 people who signed up in the UK to change the face of men’s health BUT we are not quite done. At 10pm on Monday 11 December, we take our final snap shot of this challenge leader board (Blue Light & Military), and recognise the top 3 teams and individuals at our Mo Awards. For each donation of £20 or more made from 9am on the day, they will be adding a further £20 onto your total - until the £50,000 prize fund runs out.
