My motivation

After the year we've had, a focus on positive mental and physical health have never been more important. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health focusing on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

This year, I'm Moving 60km to represent the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour, to shine a light on men's health and start conversations. It's definitely a challenge - but I'm looking forward to it! Please donate to help me stop men dying too young.
