Our Motivation

We are Nathan (21) and Louis (23), and together we are taking on the challenge of running from London to Paris in just 3 days for Movember.

This challenge means far more to us than just running.

Throughout our lives, we’ve both experienced struggles with mental health in different ways. From rejection, pressure, bullying, self-doubt, and difficult periods that tested us mentally, we know how easy it is to suffer in silence — especially as young men.

We have faced battles which shape who you become, but they also build resilience.

Now, instead of staying silent about it, we want to turn that pain into purpose.

We’re running from London to Paris to raise awareness for men’s mental health and to support Movember’s mission of changing the conversation around mental health, suicide prevention, and the struggles many people face behind closed doors.

This run will push us physically and mentally to our limits, but that’s exactly why we’re doing it — to prove that even when life feels impossible, you can still keep moving forward one step at a time.

If our journey can encourage even one person to speak up, ask for help, or feel less alone, then every mile will be worth it.

Every donation, share, and message of support means the world to us.
