Our Motivation

This Movember, the England Men’s Blind Football Team is swapping football boots for facial fuzz — raising money and awareness for prostate cancer, a cause that is deeply personal to our squad.

Several of our players and staff have lost loved ones to prostate cancer, and we want to do our part to support the fight against it. Behind the laughs and questionable moustache choices lies a serious message: 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Early detection saves lives, and every pound raised helps fund vital research, treatment, and awareness.

As athletes, we spend most of our time training hard, representing our country, and showing that blindness doesn’t hold us back — but this November, we are taking on a whole new challenge in order to help the fight against cancer.

Please support our Movember mission by donating whatever you can. Every contribution — big or small — will help save lives and spark conversations that matter.

We’ll be sharing regular updates and progress pics throughout the month, so follow along to see whose moustache is the most magnificent!

Together, we can make a real difference.

Thank you for your support!
