Our Motivation

At Knights, we believe in one team, standing together — not just in the workplace, but in life’s bigger battles too. That’s why this Movember, we’re uniting behind a cause that’s close to home for so many: men’s health.

Every year, too many men face challenges that often go unseen—whether it’s prostate cancer, testicular cancer, or struggles with mental health. The statistics are sobering: men die on average four years earlier than women, and many of those deaths are preventable. By taking part in Movember, we’re helping to change the face of men’s health.

For some of us, that means growing a moustache so bold (or so questionable) it can’t be ignored. For others, it means moving 60km across the month—one kilometre for each man lost to suicide every hour worldwide. However we choose to take part, we’re doing it together, as a team, to raise awareness, spark conversations, and fund life-saving research and support programs.

This isn’t just about facial hair—it’s about showing we care. It’s about starting conversations that matter. And it’s about making sure the men in our lives—our colleagues, friends, brothers, fathers, and sons—live healthier, happier, and longer lives.

So whether you’re here to grow, move, or simply support, thank you for joining us on this hairy journey. Together, we can make a real difference.
