Men don't talk about their mental health enough. We keep it inside, isolate ourselves. I know, I've done it myself.

So, we're fundraising to raise money for services that help men to open up.

But it's more than that. I'm climbing the three peaks with other men, fathers and brothers. It gives me a chance to connect, reach out, bond, in the pursuit of doing something hard.

And if we can raise some money along the way? Sounds pretty fucking cool to me.
