Our Motivation

Three friends, brought together through fitness, each raising money for a cause that matters deeply.

A father, lost to depression at 43.
A brother, lost in silence at 29.
One of our own, who came close to the same battle at 29.

For 43 hours, we’ll push ourselves physically and mentally to honour those we’ve lost, and to mark the moments when the darkness almost took us too.

Our venue screams community which is the perfect place to start conversations that too often go unspoken.

We’re raising funds for men’s mental health initiatives: to bring light to those who feel trapped in the dark, to keep memories alive, and to remind every man that it’s okay to ask for help.

Your support can make a difference. It can create hope, spark conversations, and save lives.
