Our Motivation

In the UK, 1 in 200 men will take their own lives.
Suicide is still one of the leading causes of death for men under 50.

Yet many of us were raised to believe:
“Just get on with it. Don’t talk about it. No one wants to hear your problems.”

But silence can be deadly.
Talking saves lives. Listening helps them thrive.

We’ve partnered with Movember to raise awareness and support men’s mental health — to help more men feel seen, heard, and supported before it’s too late.
