In the construction industry, health and safety is paramount. We always talk about how important it is that everyone gets home safe at the end of each workday, a sentiment reinforced by Breheny’s behavioural safety initiative “Think Safe, Work Safe, Home Safe”.

We are hopeful with more people in the industry participating in Movember it will help us evolve to consider mental health as part of that equation, leading to more open conversations and discussions.
