Day 4 of Movember. Got to say the moustache is coming along well (not) but am looking forward to seeing it blossom. Lovely monday to be on 800/6,000 press ups for the month. Let’s keep it going!

Was hungover this morning, and travelled to Manchester in the afternoon despite some delays. Press-ups done within 2 hours at my mates before a party! 400/6,000 completed

Day 1 of Movember! The press-ups start today, and so does the (patchy) growing of my moustache! Realistically, I will be doing 200 a day in batches of 50 and i’ll be attempting to timelapse and post all of them a day (maybe with some editing skills). I’m going to be sticking to my gym routine of 5/6 days a week as well as these press-ups and we will see how that goes! I look forward to this challenge and raising awareness for a cause close to all of our hearts.

As well as shaving and (attempting) to grow out my moustache, I will be challenging myself with completing 6,000 press-ups across the month to raise awareness and donations to supporting men’s mental health. My commitment to challenging myself, like others I know, represents a commitment to sparking conversations about men’s health and hopefully encourages others to prioritising their physical and mental health. Support in any form will contribute greatly towards removing the stigma around speaking out, and is greatly appreciated
