Our Motivation

This Movember, I’m taking on a series of challenges to raise awareness for men’s mental health and to shine a light on something close to my heart: living with anxiety.

Anxiety is something I deal with every day. Some days, it’s a quiet in the background and other days, it feels like climbing a mountain before I’ve even left the house. But through this journey, I’ve learned that facing challenges — even small ones — helps build strength, confidence, and connection.

That’s why this Movember, instead of growing a moustache (that took me a year to grow back) I’m challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone. Each challenge I take on will be a reminder that growth happens when we face what scares us and that it’s okay to struggle along the way.

Movember is about starting conversations and supporting each other through the tough stuff. I’m doing these challenges to raise awareness, to raise funds, and to remind myself (and others) that we’re never alone in our battles.
