10/11/2025 I visited my former primary school on Monday to take a couple assemblies and take part in the schools ‘Golden Run’ which was a great addition to our Movember goals. Pursuing the best version of yourself day in day out was my schools venture for the week, something which everyone should feel supported with to reach great physical and mental wellbeing.
