Subsea7'ers - We need YOU to grow out your moustaches this Movember! Bring out your inner Freddie Mercury / Borat / Bruce Forsyth / Martin Luther King / Graeme Souness... any style goes!

But not to leave anyone out, those who can't or prefer not to grow a moustache can "Move for Movember" by pledging to walk or run 60km over the course of the month. Record your progress on the Move for Movember app.

Why? It's all to raise funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. Funds raised go towards causes such as testicular cancer, prostate cancer and mental health. Read all about the campaign here: https://uk.movember.com/

There's no pressure on an individual fundraising target - aim as high or low as you can manage and it will all be rolled up into an overall office total.

Have a bit of fun with it, you can use this page to show off your progress if you like and no doubt your new look will start plenty of conversation around the office / yard / vessel.
