Jamie's reason for taking part in this year's Movember fundraising efforts.

"I decided to take on the Movember 60 challenge. I chose to participate as men's health is very important and Men should be able to talk about their health and wellbeing without prejudice and Movember support this well.
I chose to complete the 60km in a month as my moustache looks terrible.

I have completed this challenge by mainly doing 5km runs and found the harder the wind and rain came the more satisfying it was to complete the run. I had great support from my family actively telling me to get up and go even when the storms are rolling in.

A great experience and would love to do it again."

Darren Foote will start his 60km walk at midnight tonight! He will start in Builth Wells, heading to the office in Blaina for around 12pm tomorrow. 60km in around 12 hours is amazing and we'll all be cheering Darren into the office car park tomorrow afternoon :)
