Our Motivation

For many years, men have experienced stigma around speaking about their mental health and opening up to their loved ones about their health problems. Not anymore…

The team at Pure Synergy Group are doing their part to try and raise awareness and funds this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. Some of the team will be growing their fabulous moustaches and a few will be running/walking 60 kilometres throughout the month.

If you would like to donate and cheer the team on, it would be greatly appreciated and you will be helping to raise funds for men affected by mental health and suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Every penny matters in the fight towards a brighter future for men across the world.

Over 60km recorded on my "runs", but they were in fact walks with the dog! I've walked additional steps during the time throughout the month, so even though it says 100km, I have recorded 60km officially.

I'm incredibly proud to be a part of the Pure Synergy Group and to have raised over £2,000 in total as a team.

Thank you to everyone for getting involved and raising money for an amazing charity.
