Our Motivation

Nearly half of British men (46 per cent) said no one asked how they’re coping during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Every day in the United Kingdom, approximately 13 men die by suicide each day in the UK. That’s 91 a week.

In November, I’ll be shaving my face and growing a Mo for the month in support of the work that Movember carry out with helping with men’s mental health.

Often these deaths can be prevented, preventing people descending and spiralling out of control. Movember do incredible work and provide amazing support for many men globally before it’s too late.

In November I’ll be descending to the depth of the deepest and darkest point on the earth, the Mariana Trench, 11,034 meters, on my bike. To help raise funds for Movember and awareness for men’s mental health and how important it is to check in.

Join my team, grow a mo and take on the Trenching challenge yourself during the month. If you do it in one ride or 30, it doesn't matter!
