Our Motivation

Nearly half of British men (46 per cent) said no one asked how they’re coping during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Every day in the United Kingdom, approximately 13 men die by suicide each day in the UK. That’s 91 a week.

In November, I’ll be shaving my face and growing a Mo for the month in support of the work that Movember carry out with helping with men’s mental health.

Often these deaths can be prevented, preventing people descending and spiralling out of control. Movember do incredible work and provide amazing support for many men globally before it’s too late.

Last year I took on a trenching challenge, cycling up and down Box Hill 91 times to highlight this alarming statistic. This year, although my plans have changed due to injuries, I will still be aiming to complete the challenge over the month. Join my team, grow a mo and take on the Trenching challenge yourself during the month. If you do it in one ride or 30, it doesn't matter!
