Target: £250
Our Motivation

We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. Chaps are growing awesome facial hair and the girls are moving for 60km over the month, 60 being the number of men who commit suicide each day. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health.

Fantastic effort by an amazing team. Sorry I’ve not been able to join the weekly mo catch ups. We have a regular weekly programme update at the same time. I’ve got to do some final sums but looks like I achieved my 60km/week = 240 total target and raised £260 towards our incredible team results.

My last early morning walk! (On leave tomorrow and Monday). Tried to get Nala to pose. Failed! May also have snuck out for a longer walk at lunch in order that I could make ‘Happy Hour’!
