My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

It is 21 years since I was one of the first on the scene at the suicide of a colleague and now with a family member diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer, it’s time again to raise awareness for the mental well-being and physical health of all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.
Donate if you wish but more importantly have a chat with a bro and make sure they are OK. If they are over 50 then point the finger at them to have their Prostrate checked (doesn’t hurt - honestly!) and if under 50, checking down below is a valid excuse for rearranging your Crown Jewels. Help me stop men dying too young.

Men’s health should be every mans priority. Live long and prosper, by talking about problems and seeking help to fix them, before it’s to late.
