Final run completed this morning bringing the total to 50.85km for Movember including the 10km run from last Friday. That's more than I thought possible with the herniated disc I had at the beginning of the month. 255,569 steps in total this month, not bad, and I kept the tache whilst representing EMMNA at the England Roses v Jamaica game Sunday 28th. Would have been very easy to shave for that one.
