So as is tradition on 30th November, I waste several minutes shaving off my moustache and shaping into weird ones. My first offering is with the drops removed, then I tried a pencil thin one- so much more difficult than you might think. Finally it’s time to remove one half to remember the MoBros we lost along the journey. Thanks for all the support and for helping spread the word and so great to have a team of 10 from ONE this year. By far our biggest team yet and the most we’ve raised by a long way. Please have a laugh at my photos! #movember

So we’re well over halfway through Movember and it’s a slightly different experience this year, there were so many more lovely moustaches around as a choice before we even started. That’s been great as it prompts even more conversations and spreads more awareness about trying to prevent and reduce mens health problems from prostrate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide awareness. Well it’s nearing the end of this years’ Movember and our team at One have been smashing it. Even since last years’ Movember, three people I’m close to have been affected by prostrate cancer, bowel cancer and mental health issues. Let’s support the great work that this charity does by raising awareness and talking to each other. Now I don’t post much and don’t ask much from anyone but donations would also be greatly received. Let’s stop men dying too young.
