My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

The rate of suicide is alarmingly high in men - especially those between 30 and 50. Just don’t say ‘man up’ - those days are in the past.
Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030.
Globally, more than 1.4m men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. I know so many more people this year who are fighting this. It’s curable if you catch it early enough.

So 9 days of 60 press-ups a day. That’s 1800 in total but 2000 feels better, so I’ll raise to 70 a day from 10th!
