Unfortunately enough as I was doing my run today when I was at about 7.5km and about 25/26 minutes in someone moved the machine next to me and it caught the cord and unplugged my machine so I've done the extra 2.5km and sadly I don't have the evidence all I have is my word, you can rest assured I did it tho :)

5th day done and a new personal best, I put 200% effort into this one and after the run I almost threw up. I was thinking this morning about what I was actually doing and who it was going to impact, and I remembered an old friend that I don't speak to that much anymore, one I used to play cs with, and I remembered how much he struggled with mental health issues and it gave me the extra push as it reminded me of how much this stuff can help. Every donation counts.

Absolutely knackered after that, it's the first time I've ever run 10km and I also ended with several stitches and a pretty annoying blister. All worth it and for a good cause though.
