The Movember Foundation is saving and improving men’s lives through projects focused on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

This year, during the month formerly known as November, I'll be running 60km to raise money for the one man every 60 seconds who takes his life in the U.K. I was nearly one of these men, and I'd want to do everything I can to stop anyone else being in the same position.

I'd be eternally grateful if you could donate and/or support in any way that you can for this amazing cause, and help me try to stop men from dying too young.
