Forgot to include updates throughout the month, but better late than never...
Through the process of walking to school and back every day, I have walked a total of 213.95 km during the whole month of November 2021 as a part of the 60k challenge in support of the 60 men who we lose to suicide every hour. Glad to be a part of the Jaguar Fur Ball team to raise awareness of men's health!

So this is the last day of my 30 days for Movember. I hit my £200 target, in fact it stands at £235 thanks to all of you for your support. I also reached my 60K's in support of the 60 men that we lose every hour to suicide, and smashed my PB starting at 32:46 to 29:22 which I did this morning. Again thanks for all your support, until next year Pete Waine

Today was my last run and went under 30 for the second time, it was a bit fast and I had to hold on the the running machine on occassions.

So today I had to run at home, couldn't convert the machine hence the distance 4 miles. Not sure what what that is in K's (It is 6.437.376) so went just over. Please see pic's with my Mo Bro T shirt.
