Distance walked or ran: 330 miles vs targets of 100 then 300 miles.

Midway Update:
Weight: 200.0lbs
Weight difference: - 4.4 lbs
Thoughts: can't lie, finding this aspect of the challenge really tough. Had hoped to have lost more weight by now. Although I've reduced my 'naughty' food intake, alongside the increased exercise, I'm still too partial for cakes, chocolates and fast-food! Now need to leave that all (ok, cut down further rather than completely leave!) and add more 'good' food to my diet.
Distance travelled: 167 miles.
Thoughts: Following generous donations, really want to make 300 miles by the end of the month. On track, need to keep the discipline and stay lucky.

Day 6 update
Weight: 202.6lbs
Weight difference: - 2.8 lbs
Thoughts: weight measured this morning to keep consistent with starting weight measurement taken around same time of day. May have put some back on today though having eaten lots of nice food for my birthday! Will take next measurement around the 14 day mark.
Distance travelled: 66.3 miles.
Thoughts: F*** it, doubling my target to 200 miles over the course of the month! Pleased with how I’ve started but want to keep the momentum going. 100 miles is soooo 2014!
