Well, the results are in and I pleased to announce that Rich Rainford has won the popular vote for the 'best moustache' for 2018. The pole was not without controversy this year with a number of calls made by different factions within the office for a formal 'steward's inquiry', the grounds for these protest were unclear to me however having reviewed the 'rules' and discussed this matter at length I have decided to rule that the vote result must stand. Hard luck Neil and Damien, and well done Rich :-€)

Thanks Michelle for a fantastic Chicken & Vegetable soup, a classic soup to mark the end of a classic Movember fund raising month. The biggest thanks has to go to all the guys and gals from SPEN @ Gateway House for digging deep one last time (for this year at least that is) and donating a really splendid £44.50. I've sacrificed my cut of the donations and credited Michelle with the lot in a vain attempt to try and topple the Ginger Ninja from the top of the fundraising leader board, not much chance of that though ;-€)

What can I say, they fancied their chances, they paid their hard earned cash and they came out the other side stronger, fitter, but totally knackered. Once again our resident Ex Royal Marine Reserve PTI, Rich 'Rambo' Rainford invited a select few brave souls to attend his 'killer circuit' training session. Those who sighed up for this muscle bulging, sinew stretching, lung burning and bone crunching session were Neil H, Ionut B, Krista N, Enrique F, Ion N, Marcus S, Jordon G, Alex R & Damian D. Thanks guys for paying for this privilege, you know it was worth it. Massive thanks to Rich for raising £85.

What a great day today. We were really spoilt, a fantastic, home cooked, Biryani donated by Mustafa and his family. I know a lot of hard work went into preparing this lunchtime treat over the weekend, a massive thank you to Mustafa and his good lady wife. We were also treated to cakes, these were donated by 'Birthday Boy' Mike Proudlove. It's hard to work out the split of funds raised, but no offence Mike, I think the Biryani had the edge here.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
