Thanks to my lovely wife we have cooked one big lemon drizzle and one strawberry cake for taking this to work in the spirit of Movember funding. With the support from the office we have raised £33.30. Many thanks to everyone!

A What can I say, they fancied their chances, they paid their hard earned cash and they came out the other side stronger fitter, but totally knackered. Once again our resident Ex Royal Marine Reserve PTI, Rich 'Rambo' Rainford invited a select few brave souls to attend his 'killer circuit' training session. Those who sighed up for this muscle bulging, sinew stretching, lung burning and bone crunching session where Neil H, Ionut B, Krista N, Enrique F, Ion N, Marcus S, Jordon G, Alex R & Damian D. Thanks guys for paying for this privilege, you know it was worth it. The £85.00 donated has been shared between our two intrepid Soup Sievers, Ionut B and Neil H. Massive thanks to Rich for organising this great event, we are all looking forward to next year's session.
