I am now clean shaven and ready to start growing my MO for Movember 2017. This will be my 7th year as a Mo Bro, growing a moustache to raise money & awareness for the Movember Foundation - the only global charity focused solely on men's health & helps to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health.

This year I'm doing Movember to raise awareness of and funds for prostate cancer. Rules state you must be clean shaven on 31 October, please give generously to my sore face.
