Hi guys,

I wanted to reach out personally to say thank you for the amazing amount you have raised –you’re Mo Legends and we can’t thank you enough. Because of you, more men can live healthier, happier and longer lives.

To read about some of the projects you have helped to fund go to movember.com/impact

Let us know if there is anything we can to do help you with your fundraising. I hope you have a great rest of the month!

Mo wishes,
Katy

Hi Police Scotland,

Thank you for signing up for Movember 2022, it’s great to have you back on board! Last year you were one of our Platinum Club teams and we can’t thank you enough for your amazing support.

Your fundraising means we were able to invest £5.7M million in Scaling What Works; a grant programme that aims to supercharge mental health initiatives that have shown real promise in improving mental health and wellbeing for young boys and men, across community or workplace settings.

If there is anything we can do to help make this Movember a success, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Have a great month!

Katy, Mo HQ

So my 10th year supporting Movember folks, a full decade completed. You incredible people have helped me raise over £7,500 since the start and Fife Constabulary/ Police Scotland teams over £52,000.

My hope is that, one day, I never have to fundraise for male cancer research and treatment or for prevention of suicide and mental health. Until then I once again ask for your help and generosity next month, raise the awareness, get yourself checked out and ask for help from your mates!!!

Love you and a big hairy kiss to you all

A fantastic team effort this morning by the HR MOruns! 5km race round Glasgow Green on a beautiful Sunday Morning.

Sweating like mad in my car outside glasgow green after a 5km run. Looking dodgy as hell.
All for your pennies folks

340 Week(s) Ago

So folks, out for first run of marathon training this early Sunday morning. Only 3 or 4km but mentally just getting myself out the door was a win enough. No more excuses!
So much support for what I am doing and banter (at least I hope it’s banter) of me doing the London Marathon.
Sis sent me a very expensive Garmin watch from Adelaide to help with training and hopefully will help, if anything I’ll know the exact time when the heart attack happens!

Not a groundbreaking run but it’s the start. If anyone wants to donate then please donate.

At this stage the London Marathon is going to be treated to a bald pasty white overweight 38year old father of 2 retching his guts out as he staggers the 26 miles through London. That vision is worth your money alone folks surely!!

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
