A big thank you to those of you who have already made a donation for men's health. After much consultation, deliberation and divided opinion (sounds familiar?) I decided to opt for 'the spider' as my mo-style for 2019. Day 10 and it's coming on nicely (well, you get the idea...) Watch this face, as they say.
