The Whisky Sessions

The Whisky Sessions music event will make its first full festival debut in Manchester this November - a new music and whisky festival held over 2 days at Victoria Warehouse, featuring I Am Kloot and Gomez as headliners and many other top bands.

The Whisky Sessions will be creating their own ‘Mo Lounge’ at the Festival for Mo Bros and Mo Sistas, which will house a specialist whisky and cocktail bar where festival-goers can come to meet the Movember team, find out more about the great charity and, naturally, get their Mo's groomed in style with the in-house barber.

Antony Warren from The Whisky Sessions said: “We are really pleased to be supporting Movember, and helping to spread the word about Men’s health awareness to our customers. As a music and whisky festival, we are obviously keen for people to enjoy themselves, but it’s important that we can also promote responsible drinking and health awareness too. Last year, over 8,000 men in Manchester signed up and grew a moustache, so we know how supportive the region is already and hope that we’ll be able to encourage some more Mo Bros and Mo Sistas to sign up and get involved.”

As a thank you to all those who grow their Mo, there will also be an exclusive, daily, “Mo Tutored Whisky Tastings” for up to 30 Mo Bros & Mo Sistas per day featuring some of the International Wine & Spirit Competition’s award winning whiskies, which will be hosted by Eddie Ludlow from The Whisky Lounge (and one of the judges for the IWSC whisky category). Tastings must be registered for in advance, details of which will soon be announced.

As an added bonus, £3 from all tickets bought via this link will go directly to Movember.
