My motivation

Menfolk: rubbish at shaving, acknowledging we’re ill and asking for help –at least two of these need to change. So after 4 years of beard and 30 without sailing I’m crewing a yacht down to the Canaries whilst stripping away my beard and mo-ing up in a bid to strip the stigma and ignorance away from men’s health issues. Razorblades, choppy seas and sailors –please give generously!!
