My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Like most others out there, I found myself in a downward spiral following the stresses of lockdown. Rushing thoughts, sweaty palms and a racing heart became my daily burden, scratching at my 'everything's fine' bravado and bringing an incredible strain to my personal life.

It took over a year of wrestling with my demons till I was given a much needed nudge to seek professional help - and it was the best thing I ever did.

Mental health can effect anyone at any age, so this year I will doing my part to spread the message that it's ok to not be ok.
