My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my Dad to suicide - 19 years ago.

Suicide prevention is hugely important to me, because of this.

Breaking the stigma, supporting men talk - and listen, raising much needed funds for support and resources - and just shouting at every opportunity is what's required to start seeing the numbers decline.

60 men an hour, globally, are losing their lives to this fight - so we must do something about it to see those numbers come down.
