A clean shave can be well itchy! I won't do that again anytime soon.. Plus I didn't recognise one of the faces looking back at me in our Teams meetings this week, it's for a good cause though!

The three biggest health issues facing men: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Again this year clean shaven for Movember I'm hoping to raise more awareness and fundraise for projects to help.

The last day of Movember is here! Normally started to annoy my daughter but always completed in the hope that we've helped prevent someone from taking their own life or had it taken from them before their time. Thank you again to everyone that has donated this year!
