My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This is my seventh Movember campaign
As those of you who know me well will be aware its has been a traumatic year for me personally
The realization that I had been suffering depression for a very long time was a total shock
Being a typical man I had bottled things up for many years which really did not help!
My thanks go out to all the friends and Family that supported me through a very tough time
My team mates at TABS Cricket Club were immense
Also a huge thanks to my counsellor Rachel who has changed my outlook on life completely
One of the biggest shocks for me was my Doctors putting me on a fortnightly call to them as I fell into the High Risk Suicide group - Men aged 45/55
I was pretty much at rock bottom but Suicide was something that did not enter my thoughts
It did however put into perspective how desperate a person must be to take their own life or even contemplate it
All is fantastic for me now but please all DIG DEEP to support this fantastic cause
And please do not bottle things up like I did, if you are feeling low - TALK TO SOMEONE

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
