My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Being a member of the Armed Forces, I have seen many current and ex-serving Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen commit suicide by either being too proud to ask for help, or just don't have connections to the right networks. Too many men AND women are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there for males and females alike. Help me stop those who need support from dying too young.
