My motivation

Year 14 ~ When I first started Movember, I saw the importance but wasn't directly impacted - and maybe just because people didn't talk about things the same way. A lot has changed in that time, but we still have lots to do. I have been directly impacted by friends struggling with health and mental health challenges. Still too many feel alone. Let's continue to raise awareness. Thank you for the continued generosity and support. Let's continue to change the face of men's health (everyone's health really) and mental health!
