Target: £500
raised £571 since 2012
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having had a brief battle with testicular cancer in my early twenties. I was so grateful for the support and safety I felt was offered by the charities linked to this cause. Without continued support people like myself and my ball would find it so much harder.

I came through with very little to show for it. A lighter sack than Santa has early hours of Christmas morning and the pleasure and privilege of the doctors and nurses who helped me in Italy and back at home in Grimsby.

I can now say I'm over 9yrs clear.

I want to do my bit in supporting these wonderful charities and anyone else who faces a hard time.

So I'm growing half a mo to support a bro.
and the other half of my raising will be done through walking 5km a day for the month to raise awareness of men's mental health and suicide prevention.

Please donate to a worthy cause and support me whilst looking slightly odder than I usually do for a month.

(Added incentive, if I surpass £100 I will add an extra 10km for each £100 raised from there on out)

I'm moving this Movember for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day. I have a current target of 5km a day (minimum target is 160km, but its likely I'll walk more) to the nearest 10km.

Day 6 - gro'th is on sho'.

Just headin for some quality time with fam.
I'm so eager to embrace each and everyone of them, an be in their presence. My personal view is that being in good company can really help you feel safe, at ease and alleviate mental health difficulties.

I am definitely feeling some challenges arise today and struggling to keep it together. But I know how much a hug will change all that. (my preference)
If you aren't a fan of a hug what makes you feel safe? Is it a teddy or a silly video? I would love to know.

Please donate, share and start conversations.
