Mental health and suicide prevention

This years challenges, 3 big arse gravel rides on a Brompton.

As a sports Ambassador for Movember I want to get as many of you as I can on your bikes and help raise money and awareness for men’s health.

The two reasons I do these challenges every year is to raise money for Movember, to help them continue to do the amazing work they do for Mens health, and the second is that my mind tells my I cant do it! But I’m a stubborn bastard so hopefully my mind will never win.

I’ve been raising money and awareness for Movember for 17 years now and have done some very memorable challenges. Involving fold up bikes, I’ve climbed the height of Everest on Zwift, which took me a gruelling 16H 20m rode the length of Wales in 17 hours. So I’m always up for putting my body through it to raise money for Movember, a charity that means a lot to me!
