My motivation

Target £36k
Milestones: £36; £360; £3600; £36000
Let me break that down, 1800 donations @ £20, that's only a Saturday watching a game with a burger and drink or 4/5 pints (how better would your head feel Sunday morning) Actually 2 of you donating that hits my first milestone, slow and steady always wins the race!!

My reason for £36k is behind my headline. For 36 years I have never let anyone inside my spaghetti junction as I call it (my head) people have tried for so long but for whatever reason I was not wired to seeing that they were trying to help me. Instead I bottled it all up, dealt with it like a MANN!! (or so I thought) and crashed more times than I can remember.

I had my realisation moment at the start of October this year,

Now I am beginning to understand myself and how my spaghetti junction works, I'm not trying to fight against it to feel 'normal' I am ME! I just needed to work out what works best o for me....we are all humans right and we are all unique, not one of us are the same.

So I want to spread the word, share my experiences I've had through the wasted time (I know it's not wasted but it's my way of dealing with it) and hopefully it will give many other members of our communities the little bit confidence to reach out to the people that want to help them, the professionals who have the knowledge or just have a chat amongst ourselves to get it off our chest with no judgement!

Who is going to get me to one of my milestones today?

Let's GROW together and laugh along the way!

Rich

Facing a fear I now understand! Not everyone can and that's my passion for doing this. I really hope my experiences can lead to others taking that first step, that little nudge they need to stop and think it doesn't have to be like this!
