My motivation

Knowing, and having lost friends and family, to many of the causes helped by the Movember Foundation, makes me realise that anything I can do to raise the profile and help with research has to be positive.
Having severely damaged my "mo bro's downstairs" several years ago in a Bike Accident, I have at least grown to know my car induced "lumps." Please take the time to read up on looking after your health as best we all can.
Having done the Movember for several years, I figured last year that after ignoring a mole on my back for some time I ought to practice what i preach and get it checked out. I went online and sent in a picture in on the tuesday and on the friday i was given an appointment for the following Monday.
The mole was all "fine, but you have skin cancer on your shoulder" not the response i was expecting but at least i was able to have it removed quickly and apart from 17 stiches all looks good.
